Matte Single-Layer Design

Designed with a single-wall PETG or AS tube, the MA-36 body features a matte finish that supports consistent tactile feedback and controlled grip.

  • The material selection supports solvent resistance and stable formulation containment.

  • Matte texture helps reduce fingerprint visibility, maintaining a clean look during filling, shipping, and retail handling.

Integrated 4-Part System

The MA-36 structure brings together four precision-molded parts — cap, tube, brush rod, and stopper — each made with material-specific engineering:

  1. Cap (PETG): Durable, mold-stable, and highly compatible with decorative processes.

  2. Tube (AS or PETG): Semi-rigid, safe for lip product contact, and ideal for low-to-medium viscosity fluids.

  3. Brush Rod (PETG): Attached directly to the cap and supports flocked applicator tips with strong adhesion.

  4. Inner Stopper (PE): Ensures consistent wipe-off of product on withdrawal, reducing mess and waste.

This assembly prioritizes sealing strength and part consistency, supporting mass production scale-up without compromising fit tolerance or leak resistance.

Ready for Lip Innovations

Today’s lip categories continue to diversify — gloss, tint, oil, balm hybrids — and brands are experimenting with formula-fluid packaging that meets both visual and performance demands. The MA-36 format fits right into this trend.

Ideal for Gloss & Oils

Built to accommodate 4.5 ml of product, the MA-36 is best suited for:

  • Glosses with low to medium viscosity

  • Lip oils or tints with fluid consistency

  • Lightweight cream-based lip treatments or correctors

Its slender form factor and internal wiper mechanism make it easy to adapt for both retail SKUs and promotional minis. With rising demand for on-the-go beauty, Euromonitor International noted in its 2024 Cosmetics Packaging Outlook that lip gloss tubes under 5ml grew by 8.2% YoY in North America.

       Tailored for Your Brand

Tailored for Your Brand

With clean lines and smooth surfaces across the cap and body, this packaging offers ample flexibility for finishing, making it a blank canvas for brand identity — without requiring structural modifications.

Customization is fully supported across all external surfaces. Depending on your branding and production setup, we support:

  • Hot stamping for logos, graphics, and shade details

  • UV screen printing for full-wrap designs or minimal typographic treatments

  • Spray coatings for matte or soft-touch effects in multiple finishes

PETG and AS are material-friendly for most industrial decoration lines. The cylindrical shape allows for 360-degree printing, which helps reduce registration errors during label or print placement. For custom-mold clients, our R&D support covers 1-day concept-to-CAD turnaround and 3-day prototyping — minimizing lead time from design to mold lock.

“Brands that switch to cleaner, modular packaging structures cut decoration line downtimes by up to 12%, improving throughput and visual consistency.” — Packaging Industry Efficiency Report 2024 (PIRA)
